The Procedure
- Consultation with Dr. Noreen Randhawa to discuss your concerns, medical history, and goals. She will assess if Plus90 is suitable for your needs.
- Preparation: Before the procedure, the area will be cleaned, and a topical numbing cream may be applied to minimize discomfort.
- During the procedure, the specialized Plus90 attachment will be inserted into the vaginal canal. Dr. Randhawa will then target areas of concern. During the procedure, there should be minimal discomfort.
- The procedure duration varies but is generally relatively quick, lasting around 15 to 20 minutes.
Pre-Treatment Guidelines:
- Avoid skin irritants 2-3 days prior to treatment.
- Avoid freshly tanned skin or tanning lotions in area.
- Shave the area to be treated prior to scheduled appointment.

- Patients should have an up to date PAP test ( within last 12 months)
- Patients should have prophylaxis medication prescribed to them prior to treatment (3-4 days) if there is a history of Herpes to avoid breakout post treatment.
Post-Treatment Guidelines:
- Urinate immediately after the treatment.
- Refrain from using very hot tubs and swimming pools for 48 hours.
- Avoid any mechanical contact with the treated area for at least 48 hours.
How Many Sessions Are Required?
The number of sessions required depends on the specific concern and the condition of the vaginal tissue, typically ranging between 3 to 4 sessions, spaced 4 weeks apart.
