Dr.. Noreen Randhawa was born and raised in Calgary, Alberta. She obtained a BSc (Honours) in Psychology from the University of Calgary before pursuing her medical degree in London, England. Following the completion of medical school,
she relocated to Chicago, Illinois, where she underwent training in Family Medicine at a Federally Health Qualified Center. During her time there, she dedicated herself to providing primary care services to the underserved and uninsured population.
